The fused glass Michigan Ornament Suncatcher features the State of Michigan in a variety of colors. Hang it on a Christmas Tree, or it’s just as beautiful hung on a wall or in a window to catch the light. This ornament/suncatcher measures 2 1/2 x 3 inches and comes ready to hang.
These Michigan Ornaments are 100% glass. A finely ground glass powder is used to manipulate the shape of Michigan. Each sheet of glass is hand selected for color to achieve the final product. The glass is hand cut and layered then placed in a kiln and fired for about 24 hours. Depending on the end product, it can go in to the kiln up to 5 times to reach the final outcome. Each Michigan Ornament is unique and no two are exactly alike.
