Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at ​Michigan Made Products & Gifts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. While it rarely happens, if you receive the wrong item – just let us know within 3 calendar days of received date and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible, at no expense to you.

All customized and personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. For an approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate.

If an item is broken in shipment (again, very rarely happens) – please let us know within 3 calendar days of received date. Take a picture of the broken item AND the condition of the package as this is a requirement to submit a claim to the shipping company.

Unless otherwise noted on the product details page, you have ​7​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us before returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) immediately.

The credit will appear in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipment’s shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
