Sometimes a lot of people are experiencing the same issue. Please read the questions below to see if you have a quick and easy solution.

Where is my order confirmation?

When you place an order, the server will automatically send an Order Confirmation email and a Payment Notification email to the email address entered in the checkout process. If you did not receive these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folders. If you still don’t see them – let us know and we will manually resend.

My order is still listed as processing. When will it ship?

Some items are handcrafted after orders are placed. The artisan is working very hard to ensure you receive a quality product. Please reach out if you have been waiting longer than three weeks.

If you ordered a food item or an in stock item, please allow at least 24 hours of processing before an order ships. You will be sent a shipment notification email* with tracking number when it’s ready to ship. Please check your spam or junk email folders if you have not received that shipment notification email. *If multiple items are from multiple artisans, you will receive multiple shipment notification emails with tracking number.

I ordered multiple items but did not receive one of them

Orders are shipped by the artisan. If your order consists of items from multiple suppliers, you will receive multiple shipments with associated shipment tracking numbers.
