Maple Vinegars are available in regular Maple and Maple Balsamic. Both are excellent mixed with some olive or nut oil and added to salad greens. Also great dunked on some good artisan bread. Use it to finish a pan sauce or as a marinade for your chicken, fish and pork.

• Maple Vinegar made with maple syrup and white wine vinegar. It is a great way to spice up any culinary creation – great as a healthy salad dressing or marinade for your meats. Makes an excellent addition to stir fry or over grilled vegetables.
• Maple Balsamic Vinegar made with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. It is a perfect balance of sweet maple and tart balsamic vinegar that creates a uniquely rich and multilayered flavor experience for any meal. It’s great on salads, as a marinade or drizzled over cooked vegetables or rice. Makes a quick and easy stir fry with various meats and veggies or an amazing dressing over tomatoes and mozzarella. Also provides a hearty dipping oil for artisan breads.
