About Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup by Doodles Sugarbush, LLC

Barrel Aged Bourbon Maple Syrup is made by filling freshly dumped bourbon barrels from New Holland Distillery with our finest 100% pure Michigan Grade A maple syrup. The syrup is then aged up to 18 months leaving a clean and crisp taste with hints of vanilla, caramel and butterscotch.

Aged to absorb all the flavors from the barrel – vanilla, caramel, oak wood and a hint of bourbon. Add this to your favorite pancakes or waffles. Pour over ice cream. Use as a glaze on meat. Add to recipes like brownies and cakes. Add to your coffee or tea. The possibilities are endless! Available in 200ml and 375ml glass bottles.
