Hot Pepper Jam is a perfect essential pantry item for a quick no nonsense appetizer. Hot peppers add some heat for a sweet and savory combination that adds great flavor to Asian dishes, pan sauces and stir fry.
Hot pepper jam and jellies are entirely different from normal sweet jellies.
- Put with cream cheese on toasted bagel.
- On top of a slice of cornbread served warm or cold.
- As a dip for broiled or baked tortilla slices.
- On top of a block of cream cheese, served with crackers.
- Eaten straight out of the jar, devouring it along with the pita chips being used to scoop it out.
