Assembly Instructions
Parts: Two Clamps, Two bolts, Two Washers, Two Wing Nuts, Two Clear Vinyl Spacers, Two PVC Spacers, One Tray, Two Blocks (attached under the tray), One Tray.
Assembly Instructions
1. Set and hold the tray between the rails of the lawnmower. The side with the elevated corner (where you place the bag) is facing the back of the lawnmower.
2. Insert the shaft into the block located under the tray. Make sure the opening of the clamp is facing the rails. Depending on your preference or possible cable interference, the opening of the clamp can be facing up or down.
3. Look for a desirable spot on the rails where you would like to set the tray. Make sure the placement does not interfere with any of the lawnmowers cables. You may have to turn the opening of the clamp in the other direction.
4. There are two different diameters for lawnmower rails. (7/8 in & 1 in) If you set the clamp on the rail and it is loose you need to use the clear vinyl spacers. If the clamp fits tight on the rails then just disregard the spacer.
5. Place the spacer on the rail at you desirable spot and then place the clamps on top of the spacer. If your using the spacer and the clamp won’t go down turn the spacer half way around on the rail and try again.
6. Insert the bolt through the holes of the clamp. Slip the washer on then the wing nut.
7. Make sure the tray is level then hand tighten the wing nut.
8. If your lawnmower rails are not round but concave, you will need to use the white PVC spacer. Then place the clamp onto the rail.
