This Tendon Liniment is best for acute bruising and muscle aches due to overuse as it promotes healing and soothes pain. Soothe pain and heal chronic injuries to tendons and ligaments as well as soft tissue injuries, old sprains, tendonitis, tennis elbow, Achilles tendonitis, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel. It also helps increase local circulation. NOT to be used in acute injuries or where the joint is red, hot and swollen. 2.5 ounce bottle for topical use only.
