Refunds and Exchanges

The artisan will replace any item free of charge if defective or is not what they ordered if personalized. Glassware is packed exceptionally well to avoid breakage during shipment. If breakage occurs during shipment, pictures of the broken item along with the package materials inside and outside of box is required.

Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is an error due to the artisan’s fault. A mock-up of the design is provided for approval before the design is put on the item.
