About Michigan Silhouette Penny Bracelet by Carved Coins LLC
The Michigan Silhouette Penny Bracelet features Michigan’s silhouette hand carved out of a real U.S. penny. Set on a one size fits all copper-colored stainless steel bangle bracelet using a 6mm jump ring, a copper-colored bezel encompasses the penny. This is the perfect Michigan bracelet to show off your love of Michigan.
Each coin is carved to order, one at a time, so no two will be exactly the same. Carved Coins designs all templates to keep the designs very close, but no two will be identical. Great gift for coin collectors.
Carved Coins are made from real U.S. currency, carved to order. Coins may contain nickel, zinc, and/or copper. It is not recommended to wear Carved Coins in the shower or pool.
Coin carving in the U.S. dates back to the 1600’s when soldiers would hand carve coins for their loved ones during the Civil War, they called them “Love Tokens”. Specializing in Michigan designs, Carved Coins carry on this tradition by using the same tools and techniques from the 1600's and mixing them with modern media.
